We provide individually tailored run training plans to suit your aims and goals- whether it's to take part in your first 5k race, achieve a 10k personal best or to complete your first Marathon, 180 Cadence will guide you to your goal, and be with you every step of the way.

Run Coach Christian will chat through your goals, and design an ongoing, bespoke training plan for you to follow. He'll be on hand to answer any questions, give you direct feedback on sessions and adapt your plan accordingly.
As a coached athlete, you'll have access to one of the leading run training apps. You'll receive all of your run sessions to your phone, complete with exactly what pace, time and heart rate to run them at, meaning all you need to worry about is what trainers to wear!
About 180Cadence Run Coaching
Christian is at his happiest in a pair of running shoes, and there are not many days in his life when he hasn't been running! Christian has represented the GB Age Group team in both Triathlon and Duathlon, racing at a number of European and World Championships. He has achieved success in running races over various distances all across the world, including finishing 3rd GB athlete in the Lanzarote Half Marathon in 2024.
Christian has developed a vast knowledge in all things running, and his experience of training and running at the highest level has fuelled his passion for coaching. He is a UESCA qualified Endurance Running Coach, and a Leader In Run Fitness with British Athletics. Christian now wants to share his passion for running with others.
